Reminder...
HOA Dues in the amount of $398.00 for the Association and $108.00 for the Master Total to send in is $506.00 are due on the 1st of every month. Payments made after the 12th of the month will be subject to a $20.00 late fee.
To set up automatic monthly payment of your HOA Dues, please submit an ACH Form and return to Premier Association Management. This form can be found on the Documents page as well.
